Websites

Here are samples of the websites that were built, launched and developed over the course.

It is amazing how having a website so quickly helps people to feel that their business is more real.

Business support

Connecting attendees to the local business ecosystem

At the PopUp Business School Aotearoa we make sure new businesses stay connected by providing awareness of business network support in specific areas as needed. These connections are all about enabling business sustainability. Being aware of the Bookkeepers Assn NZ or Business Mentors NZ, for example, can provide business input allowing the business to strengthen its foundations and/or its direction.

Economic development

Kapiti Coast District Council

The 2018-38 Long term plan for building a stronger Kāpiti together was adopted by the Council on 28 June 2018. The long term plan sets out the direction, the financial and infrastructure strategies and the budget for the 20 years from 2018 to 2038, with detailed planning included for the three years ahead. The Long term plan reflects how Kāpiti Coast District Council will work to resolve challenges and ensure respect for the environment as they set the path for the future vision, ‘toitū Kāpiti.’ It reflects the drive for a vibrant and thriving Kāpiti Coast, while also incorporating the aspiration for strong, safe communities and the deep connection to the natural environment.

Toitū means to be sustainable, and for Kāpiti Coast it means that the need to protect and improve the well-being of the land and waters, to create an environment that is able to sustain, support and nourish its communities.
